The plant was only 20 square meters, and was borrowed from a noodle shop which belongs to the third factory of research institute of physical and chemical engineering of nuclear industry. In the daytime, those noodle shop workers roll and sell noodles. So flavours could only be produced at night. Equipments were very simple and basicly kitchen wares. All hand made. Staff was less than 10. In a sea of troubles, our founders received a first payment receivable. That is a 225 RMB money transfer check.
But now, we have become the No.1 savory flavor manufacturer in China and sold our products worldwide.
